Actually, it's not a chip. You're talking about HP Tuners devolping a way to tune our computers as far as fuel/ignition and other features. A "performance chip" in other cars, is pre-set to send a certain amount of fuel or put your ignition timing to a certain timing.

To answer your question, it's not out yet...still in development.
