Good info. I'll add the RSM one...I don't think I want to list the LZM Cams & Mantapart ones because of 1. LZM Camshaft issues 2. Mantapart, you might not get your parts LOL
Thank you for the compliment...I'm still working on revising this build guide with a new section that will help alot... I'll post when it's updated.

UPDATE!:
Ok everyone, I just had the thread updated.
I added 2 new sections called "ECOTEC Upgrades" which features the 2002 Fuel System Upgrade trick and Auto to Manual Tranny swap and the "NJHKs Tips" section which can be very helpful...the tips I give are from personal experience.
I also updated the "Head Packages" section.
I will be digging up more information that I can add like Limited Slips and Axles and where to purchase them.
Influx, I didn't add the RSM one cause it's not on their catalog anymore, they probably stopped making it...
Hope you guys enjoy the new info.

Sorry NJHK for the delay. I would give you a link, but I was copying them from the parts catalog at my work, Saturn.

great info honda killa!.. ;D
"There is no point in looking fast if your not."
Perhaps with all this spare time you have. You might do an ecotec swap sticky. Including parts need for swap, aAnd maybe a trans. swap part list?
I might be able to get a few more Torque Converter to list, if some one has a stock one available. Look on the TC for a 4 letter/number code, beginning with
F and ending with
B(i.e.
F ? ? B).
These would be stock replacements, so they would only be good for mildly modded (N/A) cars. I do know they use either a Carbon Fiber or Woven Graphite clutch, so the choices are very limited, but I'll see what I can find.
don't leave this behind
This is info I got when I talked with CompCams, they are established, and well known in the business. these camshaft
are not listed on their web site.

as promised here is the information for the grinds from Comp Cams. I got more information than I really expected. they have four different grinds, street, street strip, blower, and turbo. I'm pretty sure these are in order of how aggressive they are. I did not ask about codes but I will include more contact info later in the post.

Below is an explanation of how to read this and what everything means. and yes this IS the short version. Camshafts are a critical component of you valve-train. if you go with / ask for the wrong thing, you could end up with a poorly running engine, instead of a beast.
I called Comp Cams for prices on those... From Comp Cams themselves, they run $480.00 for any of the pairs. They also said that Summit Racing & Jegs should sell them, but I couldn't find any listing on either site.
Cinny sent me diagrams of the ECOTEC motor and transmission...I'll post them as soon as I get a chance to host them on Photobucket.
