Where is Oil Port on Ecotec?

I've got a new oil pressure gauge that came with a brass fitting that's got an end on it that resembles a coaxial cable input. Where in the Hell do I plug this thing in on an Ecotec? There is no stock oil pressure sensor apparently.

Thanks!

Steve

what up dude... theres a stock pressure sensor hidden in th block behind the intake manifold, but i personally chose not to mess with that and mount my autometer pressure sender on the driver's side of the block. There are four allen screws on the side of the block... Take one out and screw your pressure sensor in there... you need autometer adapter #2278. it comes with a copper crush ring to seal the fitting.

OK, thanks - I will check that out. Did your sender have 2 places to attach the wires like mine does?

actually the eco has alot of places to tap for oil

you will need a adaptor though , easily bought from autometer , its a odd 12mm fitting

but you can tap right off the head above where the egr port is just below and to the rear of the head from the power steering , kinda hidden from wires and stuff
