What can i do to a 2001 5speed trany ??

So i hear the gears in the 2.4L 5speed aren't strong at all. (this from my mechanic at GM) And i am wondering if cryoed gears would help at all? and if there is any thing else i can do besides the Team Green LSD or Phantom grip and a Spec stage 3 clutch? as i have heard some people have ripped their gears apart when they put in the LSD with the extra grip.
So if any of you have any tips or what you have done to yours to beef it up let me know.

cryo treat it and pray they don't spit out.... my friend snuggles is on his third transmission...

This months projects: Completion and Installation of Homemade Turbo System, Brakes, Fiberglass sparetire enlcosure and amp rack.
