I bought a new cosmo intake for my eco and it doent fit wtf does any one else have this problem?It was 80 bucks

yes it does, i have it for my 2.4 son.
2.4 isnt the exact same for the ecotec...
on the ecotec you will have to cut the long part of the pipe and extend it or shorten it as needed.... custom job.
how doesn't it fit? what exactly is the issue?
Every other Cosmo intake I have seen fits perfectly. And I know for a fact they spent a lot of time developing this intake---I was in touch with them while they were testing it and they even sent me a pic of the prototype.

NO its not back words!I had a intake on my 2.4L and I know how they go! The elbow is on right if it were on the other way it would hit the hood!The angle doesnt match up when i put the intake on the mounting point on the little bolt stickin out on the side of the motor. Its like to short wtf and the elbow hits the throttle arm!I feel like i just got ripped off and I am so pissed!Pleese help me!

and as for them copying someone else's intake---maybe so, i don't know for sure. But I do know that it took a few months for them to get it how they wanted it.

if they shipped him a 2.4 intake in mistake over an ecotec intake, it wont be the first time an ebay company or any company for that matter, reputable as can be has made a mistake.
Ok sorry i don't have a website so i cant put pics up! It almost fits but its too short and the elbow barley goes on the end of the tube!!! like maybe 3/4 of a centimeter on the tube.Then the intake sits way way way way to high It hits the hood about 2 inches before its shut!and it appears to be an attempt at an ecotec intake because it has the sensor hole in the right place! And the other ecotec related stuff. It appears that they just added extra stuff to the 2.4 tube and said it was for an ecotec!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And i looked on the website for returns its 30% fee plus u godda ship it back!!!
What should i do?

Maybe you should contact cosmos? Also you do not need a webpage to host pics. Just go to imageshack or wherever, upload pics then link us.
Your best bet is going to be to contact the company themselves, they could have shipped you the wrong intake or a defective one by mistake.
I don't need no stinking SIG. Wait this is one.
