Just my $0.02, but I can't see how spending the money on a wideband that will let you actually monitor what's going on and assist in tuning could be bad on a turbo car. I say definitely worth it in my opinion. I don't know about the specific sensor you have, but I say wideband is a must for any serious turbo car.
