well maybe if i start a new topic my question will be answered. i have a sunpro tach that i can adjust the number of cylinders on so i need to know what wire in the pcm to tap into and where exactly the pcm is located

Last i looked, you need a tach adaptor.

you DONT need a tach adapter. ill have to triple check but i think its the white wire (if you search for the stewart warner shiftlight post i know ive posted the color before). you will need to set the # of cylinders to either 1 or 2 depending. good luck man

ok so um...where exactly is the pcm...lol im still learning the motor stuff im more of a body work person lol

you need to tap the white wiring coming off the silver thing on the valve cover (the ICM FYI)

okay thanks alot man i really appreciate it. one more question tho...who do i need to talk to about getting a stage two hahn turbo setup?

ok so i got it all hooked up but i think i might end up having to buy a tach adapter its only reading half the rpms...it has 6 little switched on the back numbered 1 thru 6 and i tried messing with those and it didnt help and the second thing is for some reason the shift light wont come on when i set the shift point and it hits that the little red led in the tach comes on but no shift light and i know the shift light works cause i hooked it up straight to the battery and it came on!
