Hi Guys
I just want to know if there any company offers a after aftermarket radiator for the J-body cars?
Wow. I would never spend upwards of $500 on a radiator, unless I was putting down some serious power and really needed all that cooling capacity. A simple new radiator (if you really need it) and a bottle of Water Wetter will do the trick.
Use a bigger one if it fits maybe? im sure something off a malibu might work not sure but i think thats how gm had been doing stuff in the nature for there concept performance vehicals

Couldn't agree more. Buying an aftermarket radiator is just stupid unless you need one.
well see i was just wondering about this bc im going to do a 3400 swap with a turbo setup on my sunfire
I thought I saw someone with a Fluidyne thinner radiator.

I have been running the Jet Thermostat and I have deifnitely noticed the difference in cooling with that and a bottle of water wetter. For under 20 dollars, I have been very impressed.
I'll have a sig someday....................

Well for the OHV guys, cooling is a big factor around 150hp n/a territory. Me and Pj are already having cooling problems at around 125-130hp....

I know of a few guys who have used aftermarket universal rads, which aren't a problem unless you're following rulebook that requires a direct replacement or stock piece. Be Cool, FAL, Griffin, are just a few manufacturers that sell them. Just order based on size and outlets. You'll probably have to mount it in front of the rad support, but thats nothing difficult, especially if you're planning a big swap like that.
I may not be making big power, but i defiantely do NOT have cooling problems with my 2.2.
why do you guys have that problem?
Im wanting to know incase I need to swap over a 3 core or something.

Well considering most people would not replace the radiator unless they needed to. Then it is not stupid is it.
