Any ideas on gains with it if I use stock TB? Should I use 56 mm one, stock or buy a 62mm off rsm? Any comments would be helpful.
I'm not sure on actual gains, nobody has ever dyno'ed it... but my car felt noticably faster with just the intake. The 2.4 IM sucks.
search around a little and you will find a lot of information about this manifold. I have one installed with the 56mm 2.3L TB the gains on the top in are awsome, I have not had it dynoed or anything, but, if you do the swap you will definently feel a difference.
i just paid for mines along with the flange..i am super excited to put it on..but i think since its that manifold then its beneficial that you use the bigger TB instead of the 52 stock from the 2.4.
I would say that its only logical to use the 2.3 HO TB with the mani built for it. Also, how much of a gain is the 56 mm really going to be on a 2200 engine? I don't want to thread jack this guy so just a simple answer will do or even PM it to me. Again, sorry about the threadjack.
I'll have a sig someday....................
sorry I had very little gains on my 56mm tb, at least on the butt dyno part. I would go with a 62mm if you have bigger plains later with FI.

62mm is too large for a NA engine and firebug is right, unless you're planning on boosting. 56mm is fine for the time being.
how about porting out the stock one... is that possible... if so what kind of shop does that?
I have one I have been trying to get rid of for 45$, I never had it on the car but have heard good things. However I did put my 62mm TB on my car befor I had the SC and it was a little too much, thought it made the car slower. works great with the blower though.
