Got it installed! Only difficulty was 4 of the studs came out of the block, so quick trip out to harbor freight for a stud puller to reset them and I was good to go.
Then the holes didn't exactly lineup so we bored them out a little bit in the header, me and my budy Sean, and it went on great.
the car all around feels so much better. For the first time it feels like a sports car, in both looks and power delivery. I get a nice loud rumble when driving it harder, torque thruout the RPM band feels strong and fluid. I don't so much need to press down the gas for power, as much as mearly ask for it now, and it's there.
Don't know when I'll be able to get it to the dyno now as the shop hours are 9-5:00 and I work till 5:00, they'll also be welding the header to what's left of the downpipe after cutting for a better seal.
I'd say installation in this order. Exhaust, Header, Intake, for a purely external bolt-on car.

Ya the only problem with the Arospeed header seems to be the bolt holes not lining up very well.
