HMM, thats a great price for a eco intake. wish I saw that before I bought my K&N.

How is the fit/quality of the intake???

Thanks for the search. Wouldn't mind hearing from someone that actually uses this intake, or has installed it.

Hope this helps! Installation wasnt bad, only thing I was missing was a piece of tubing to connect from the intake hole near the TB that goes into the crank. Was pretty simple problem to fix. Good luck, I tihnk Cosmo is one of your better choices since it's so cheap but gets the job done, and spending over 100$ on your air intake isn't really justifiable IMO.

I have one on my 03 sunfire the fit is pretty tight from the elbow to the hood but seems to work pretty good. The bracket that bolts the intake on can be irritating to get located though. Outside of that for the cost it is a great deal and the engine seems to like it at the higher RPMs.

Just recieved mine today, looks pretty sweet. Ok I see where the temperature sensor goes, I seee where the large and small sillicone hoses hook up, but there is an L-shaped plastic tube inserted into the intake tube with a grometjust below where the rest of the items I just mentioned go. My question what goes here? I have the 04 Ecotec model.

The L-shaped pipe goes to the valve cover. It should also include a cap for the other hole on the tube. I e-mailed cosmo and they said the extra hole is for the european model. Overall I am satisfied with the intake although I wouldnt buy it again. It sits too close to the battery terminal and raising it will bump the hood. It is a very tight fit.

Oh ok, so the L-shaped tube goes to the valve cover, temp sensor goes in the hole with the gromet, and the smaller hose is the vent hose. And the other that has the yellow cap leave it capped.
