ok douse any one have like a list of every thing i need to put a turbo in my and i do mean every thing i need to no whart to ask for xmas and what else i need when i get my taxes back i want to be able to just sit down for a couple days and read up and put it all in myself but im not sure what all i need to replace and add for the turbo setup if any one ahs a list of what they used for there car let me no

it's in the ecotec build guide if I remember well, even if you don't have an eco it will be the same stuff.....
first off i tried the search and i have a 2.4l 98
a turbo setup isn't different from a 2.2, 2200, 2.4 or an eco, only things such as manifold and some stuff differ. Check in the eco build guide... you see what stuff you need to build your own turbo

Dremel tool (You never know when you need to make room for things, although a good blade and a file will do the same job, but slower)
Drill (To mount your I/C and tap your firewall bolts)
Wire cutters/splicers
Oil Catch Pan
4-5 cases of beer, a weeks worth of time, and a lot of willing and capable friends.
LOTS AND LOTS of patience.
As mentioned, before you start the install, make sure you have a couple of hundred bucks and an extra car so you can run around and get all the extra crap you didn't think about the first time around. Problems arise that we don't all plan for.
Never plan that you'll "be done in time to hit the track friday night"... a turbo install is not something you rush, but something that CAN be done over a weekend by knowledgable person. I say give yourself a week because you never know what problems you'll run into.
Also, the last thing on your list to save some $$$ for and DO NOT SKIMP ON IT is a dynotune with a wideband 02 sensor hooked up.
The dynotune is of unparalleld importance when trying to get a turbo car set up right.

Yea read the boost faq's it has a lot of useful info in there
I'm a strong believer in boost. It takes you all kinds of places but it has to be done right and done well. Always do your research and know what you are getting into.
