Who all makes internals for the 2.4L? and also is there anyone that makes internals for the 4speed autos?

I was looking at one of the sites and why would you use an aluminum forged piston? wouldnt that melt or break faster than a reg forged piston?

Most all perforamance forged pistons are forged aluminum. They will not melt, the material properties do not all that to happen. They are also very light weight.

aluminum disperses heat better then steal so it would hold up better

yup. the wiseco pistons for the LD9 hold up very well
