I found all of this for $125 HO cam for the 95, and the intake maniflod with TB, is this a good deal?
ok from what i read with the cam swap Id want the HO intake cam and the 90-94 LO exhaust cam? is this correct? need to know cause I got this winter project in mind

Your information is slightly off. The 95 intake cam is not an HO cam. It's the same intake cam as any 1995 Cavalier Z24. The Vin "D" motor, the low output.
