I have a 2001 z24 with intake and a muffler, eibach prokit and AGX's, and a b&m shift plus. I have $200, which direction should i go? solid mounts or a header? I mean which will be more benficial? Header more power, mounts lose less power through the transfer, am i right?...or are there any other suggestions? Thanks for an help.

why not get an exhaust. getting a header is pointless until you can match it all the way back.
muffler just ads sound, not performance. go get a catback, then add a high flow cat and header. just make sure you have the mounts before the header.

Of course you want the whole set up.
But with the advent of the DC sports header doig down to the factory 2" piping.
(factory 2"outter 1.75" inner)
One could get away wth not having a full catback.
Granted, eventually, the car, butt dyno, and overall things will be happier with the full setup.

Thanks for the info. I do eventually wanna go with the catback but what i have is good for now...I'll go with the mounts and save for the header.
