Tsudo header

i was searching ebay for ecotec headers and the tsudo header came up....appears to be the RKSport header to me, but ive never heard of tsudo before. how reputable are they?

for that price im guessing its str8 garbage...

Never heard of them or anyone using their product.

I'd highly suggest going Weapon-R if you want a 4-2-1 Header. Check out www.definedparts.com for prices.

The Tsudo header is basically a cheap knock-off header. I wouldn't buy it. Pay a little more and get either a Pacesetter or Weapon-R like NJHK suggested.

i buddy of mine was going to attempt to purchase the tsudo, i told him not to b/c i never heard anything about them. he got a dc header instead, it bolted up perfectly and no complaints

yeah, im probebly going to get the pacesetter armor coat from turbo tech racing.

a 4-1 header helps a gain in the top end doesn't it?
Re: Tsudo header

yeah, pretty much. Our cars have plenty of low-end grunt, so a 4-2-1 really isn't necessary. If your gonna get the Pacesetter, I would go through the Pacesetter group purchase going on now.

True, but my 4-2-1 DC Sport header made my already torquey low end REEEAAALLY fun! These cheap-o BF Goodrich All-Season's aren't gonna last long when it's THAT easy to bark the tires goin to 3rd gear driving like a little old lady.

I see these Tsudo headers on eBay ALL the time. They sell a hell of a lot of them... so I'm tempted to say they can't be too bad (pure speculation). Can't argue with the price. Obviously I've had no experience with them, but my thought is that maybe you should aim higher and go for a new Pacesetter w/ Armor Coat or a similar header if the 4-1 style is your thing.

I have a 4-1 OBX stainless. I really like it and would recommend it. Looks pretty to.

2nd Place is the first loser

Not jumping on your case but people have different goals for their powerbands, so having more low end power might be more important to one person than another.

Also, if you want a Pacesetter Header, you can get one through Turbo Tech Racing.

I have that header...

I have never had any problems with it and I've had it for a LONG time.

and by the way...

The issue with the intakes that people "complain" about is that the top of the intake (right above the throttle body), it tends to rub on the hood a tad but it's honestly nothing to worry about. I have a slight scuff in the heat shield thing that's under the hood but that's it. If it bothers anyone, they could cut it down and make it fit better.

and.... Many have come with the wrong couplers, the cast elbow piece above the tb is waaayyy rough, and the universal bracket that you have to bend to secure your intake.

My best recommendation is the Pacesetter ceramic coated header.

In that case, I would ask them if they bought it from Ebay or an authorized Weapon-R dealer.

The reason I said that was because I know Bryan from Definedparts.com and he sells weapon-r products and doesn't have any of those issues with his customers or weapon-r sending bad parts or wrong parts.

Now what about "RSM Racing's" header?

RSM's header? Overpriced if you ask me. But their crank pulley is the shizznit.

I emailed RSM about their header before I bought my DC header. Looks good and has all fittings and bungs. Ceramic too... Price is pretty nice too. Click "MEMBERS" in the top-left of the page and search for people who have it. I bet it's pretty good. Maybe comparable to the Pacesetter. But that is speculation, so don't quote me.

Word up there. I have an OBX header (great and cheap) and the RSM pulley on my car. Love em both. Tsudo stuff for Honda and Mitsubishi is actually really nice stuff, so the cavalier stuff may be good as well.
