Well, Im wondering what differences are in the 96-99 and 00-02 heads. I know that the newer ones are non-egr, but anything else? And could I use an EGR head on a 01 motor, like is there a way to bypass it? Just wondering cause the yards near me dont really have any newer cav's, so was just wondering if I could use a 96-99 head on my motor. Thanks.

cool cool.....so can I bypass it somehow or do I need to just use a 00+ head?

There are more differences than just the 2k+ not using the egr.
