What is your 'in' diameter of the cat? I'm guessing 2.25", if that's the case then I think the Weapon-R header is 2.25" at the end of the B-pipe. Keep the Weapon-R header in mind, but don't buy it yet because I'm not completely positive, haha.

Blown.
none will bolt on to your cat
they all have to be welded
and there is no bolt in cat either , the cat is part of the stock down pipe
the dc sport will bolt in eliminating the cat , or requires welding to install a cat , and the stans comes with a cat and will bolt in , but is 700 or so
Yes, keep the DC Sports 4-2-1 Race Header in mind. The whole thing will bolt right in, no welding at all, and fit right up to your cat-back. As 97cavie24ls(JDM&00s/c sedans™) said, the only welding you'd need to do is if you wanna keep the cat.
i chatted with him on aim earlier , and he said he did buy a magnaflow cat that bolted on to the stock manifold and the catback
never knew they really made 1
where is a good place to get the dc sport 4-2-1 header?

if you remove the cat wont the o2 sensors throw codes like a mother &$^#%@! ?
and also: it says on the turbotech website that it comes with a flange that allows the header to bolt up to the stock cat....does that require welding too?

the header will bolt up to the cat back , but to use a cat you have to cut and weld
do a search for my post on the header , also someone else posted pics as well
With the 2.4, an O2 simulator will take care of the code with no problem. Mine's perfect. Still recommend keeping the Converter unless you're S/C, Turbo, or N2O. There have been at least 2 very informative posts about this header by 97cavie24ls, Mastin, and me.
