Help me out here.

Ok so here are my goals for my little J.

I want an all around good car. I want to break into the 14's, I want to auto-cross, and this is my daily driver. I work for a local computer shop so I drive a lot on service calls (reliability is the most important thing to me right now). I really believe in building a balanced automobile. Below are listed the mod's I have and I would just like some peoples opinion on the direction to go next.

17" Rims on 215/40's I know I need to get 215/45's
Tokico D-Spec struts
Eibach Sport lines
Stock intake tube with cone filter.
2 1/4 cat back into 24" Magnaflow res and Magnaflow muffler
Aem Alternator pulley
Pacesetter armor coated header
Fidanza short throw

I'm thinking maybe an Addco rear sway bar, lightened crank pulley, or a brake upgrade.
Once again I'm just looking for everyone's opinion and not what's best. Basically I just want to know what you would do.

actually 225/45 R15's would be the best, and they do not rub.

Your car is fairly similar to mine, same components different brands.

I would highly reccomend a rear swaybar, and a lower tie bar.
A lower motor mount would be good as well.
Possibly an intake, but the difference will most likely be minimal if you've already removed the stock restrictions.

Replace that stock cat with a 2 1/4" high flow as well.

Also powerslot rotors and Hawk HP pads should be plenty for your brake upgrade, with some stainless lines and ATE superblue brake fluid as icing on the cake.

I love my car at autocrosses

GM Supercharger would be a good upgrade for some boost with everyday driving reliability.

You're off to a killer start. How do you like the Fidanza shifter? Most of us have the B&M shifter, wondering if the Fidanza's about the same?

Strut Tower Braces are a good compliment to lowering & other suspension mods, upper & lower motor mounts, lightweight underdrive crank pulley, lightweight stock size alternator pulley from RSM Racing, Magnaflow high-flow converter (part #94035), looking forward to a rear sway bar myself, larger throttle body, GM Supercharger is always an option

Plenty more, that stuff ought to get you well in the 14sec. range and make it agile as well.

Yeah that's what I'm looking to do. I dont want a one option only car, I want an all around performer.

yep. id suggest a nice strut/spring set up...konis are nice. a larger tb and a mild port job on the intake manifold is nice. i just had my manifold ported...with my intake, larger tb, and ported mani, i get real nice top end.

good luck.
