Looking to add a little bit of horse to the car and was wondering what would be better for power and gas of the two. I heard putting a bigger throttle body on eats gas can someone let me know?

Throttle body spacer is junk. Gimick that preys on the uninformed.

Throttle body is nice, 10hp performance gain, but again, if you are looking for a gain in performance, don't look for a gain in gas mileage.

Dont get the throttle body spacer! it doesn't do anything for our cars. I got the reveco big bore tb and i'm really happy with it. It is 69mm-60mm-62mm. I noticed a gain mid and upper range power and didn't really notice any torque loss. As far as gas goes, i am actaully getting better milage than before but just slightly. But the real test will be in the summer when i do some road trips.

Yeah get the reveco tb. I have it and its much cheaper than rsm. It will also help you more down the road when you build things more.

LOL I fell for the RSM TB about a year ago. Not the best, not the cheapest, but kickass gains in higher RPMs, but still no loss in the bottom end. Still would have gone for a smaller one if I were more educated about it at the time I bought it.

The spacer is pure malarchy. Heard of some guys buying it and tapping it for their nitrous setups though... wonder how that worked out for them...

so what size would be good to go with?

got a tbs, and it doesnt do squat really, but it does add a nice low whistle sound that sorta souhnds like a turbo, atleast thats what mine did lol

Shane to me that sounds like a air leak...... i'd recheck it. Wheres your rpm's at?
