I've got a 98 z24 that i just put an 01 motor in. According to my research a 98 comes with AC Delco part # 41-942, gapped at .060. And a 2001 comes with AC Delco part# 41-963 gapped at .050. I'm running the intake manifold and injectors from the 98. So my question is which spark plug do you guys think i should run.
I've been around the org for quite some time now and everytime i post nobody ever replies. However there are 200 posts about how to install an intake or what exhaust sounds best and they always have a bunch of replies. WTF?
If you just changed the intake and not the head. I'd go for the plugs for the 01. Because the ones with the 98 might be treaded different or longer and cold possibly cause some damage.
