How much difference does this make, I've got a header got the stock upper motor mount and the polyurthane lower motor mount, will the Rk sport upper motor mount help much?

If it's anything like the 2.4 or 2200, it makes a huge difference! The motor rocks so much without it, the only draw back is it makes the interior viberate alot more, but so does the exhaust!

ah my inteior already vibrates with just the lower one...i'm hoping if i get the upper one it will help keep the header from coming loose.

Your header's coming loose , You should try using thread locker on the bolts, and use lock washers.

It's just a motor mount...not that much difference but you'll notice it. I had my lower one installed before my upper motor mount so I felt the difference between them. I didn't seem like much but you should just get it anyways.

between the header and the balljoint bearing...i believe its either that or whenever the vibes get bad i'm just hearing it knock up against some metal or something....i only hear like something is loose at idle in drive when at a complete stop i'm sure its something just knocking where the vibes of the motor are sort of bad...not completley sure though i'm just going to retighten everything really well and see how that works first.

I know for a fact the ecotec upper moutn makes a HUGE difference.. I tore 3 stock ones.. of course I used to drag race a lot and the torque ripped them, once I got the upper I lost a couiple tenths on the quarter between me getting better and not a torn upper mount... I STRONGLY suggest the ecotec upper mount

I have the Upper one installed and the only thing that was different, that I could notice was some small vibration in the rear view mirror when i'm slowing down. Other than that, theres not much of a difference from stock. Now I have the lower mount too but not installed, that goes in when I get my S/C installed.

thanx for the comments guys I'm going to order this part today, i've had the header on for a couple of months but havn't really driven my car all that much because I do have a Sable for daily driving. Also, I've heard that an engine vibrates more at idle with an auto and i'm guessing this is because an auto idles at 500 rpms while a manual idles at 1000. Thanx for the suggestions I'm hoping this will help from my header either becomming cracked or coming loose.
