Been a while since I posted since I've been in and out of the shoppe trying to get my girl to stop being a pain.
I have the comp cams 1.6 roller rockers with crower pushrods, along with the cav connection cam shaft...and lots of other goodies.
My problem is this.....replaced the head, now seems geometry is off a bit.
I've had the bolts holding the roller rockers down get pulled clean out of the head, so we had sleeves put in and that problem was fixed.....we opened the holes for the pushrods up a little to make sure they weren't rubbing. We had the valve guides grinded out and longer to stop them from rubbing also. But I still seem to snap the heads off the Crower pushrods.
The engine isn't makeing any weird noises before hand.....they just seem to not like when I shift gears and snap....always on the top part of the pushrod.
I've posted this before when my first head was being worked on and noone posted they were having the same issues.
Any help or suggestions??

Just trying to make certain, you're not running the self-guided rockers are you? If so the guide plates need to be removed and put some thick washers under the studs.
Another thing to check, are you having any interference with the valve cover breathers? I know the Crane rockers will bump into the breathers, forcing the rocker sideways, causing a side load on the pushrods. I haven't heard of this problem with the Comp rockers, due to the way they taper back around the pushrod seat, but it's possible. Check for rub marks on the breather baffles, if there is, just grind/file the baffles down in that area.
Finally make sure youve got the correct legth pushrods:
