I have a 99 2.2 and i was curious if this will help abit geta lttile boost for my litle engine..i have a line on one that is decnt priced and ido plan on going booseted soon enough but im wonderign if anyone has used them on a n/a angine and if they give the gains its suposed to accordign to apex...any info is appreciated..phil

Without boost? Um no, I dont think it will do you any good. This seems to be a common misconception that more fuel=more power. Adding more fuel will just richen the hell out of your car and make it run worse. You need a severe increase in air to need to change the fuel, aka boost. I may be wrong, but i wouldnt bother til your boosted.

Its not even good for boosted applications since it can't adjust your fuel in boost...

Not good for boost, but if you were do do something like:

*ported head
*larger TB
*ported manifold
*intake
*more agressive cam/cams

(Not referring to any motor in particular)

It seems like that list of stuff would definitely increase airflow a whole lot. If someone had a setup like that, would be Apexi SAFC be sufficient for making the appropriate fuel adjustments? Or am I overthinking things again?
