Get the TB and HO manifold combo. I like the gain and just the overall look

Check the classifieds section, usually a few in there for around 50$.

To make a smoothe transition since there is modification needed for optimal performance increse I sell the adapter flanges. Just letting you know, and yes this is a very nice gain in HP which can be had for around 120$.

But a battery re location to the trunk is necessary, no ? how much does that factor into the cost?

definitely not necessary to move the battery to the trunk, you can either route the intake piping around the battery or move the battery back a half a foot so you can go straigt into the fenderwell from the TB

how much of a gain? what kinda cars have a 2.3l? is it necessary to relocate the battery?

It works with an LO manifold too, since they are the same bolting to the head, but why would you want to use an LO? Nobody has proved the performance benefit of the HO over the LO, but I still wouldn't go through the hassle of changing for an LO (I found 2 different LO's before finding my HO)

no you dont have to relocate the battery, i took my ebay intake and cut it at the bend then just rotated it, works just fine, there is no definate numbers from the swap however, if the manifold and 56mm TB is used prolly somewhere around 15HP dont quote me on that though.
