2.2L to 2.4L motor swap

I am wanting to put the 2.4L motor in my 97' Cavy....i know i need the computer and exhaust and small wiring anything else i need?? will my trany, flywheel and clutch work on the 2.4 motor?? has anyone ever done this?? let me know please
