does anybody out there make a 4-2-1 header design for the 2200 motor? i have heard that 4-2-1 gives you the best low to midrange power and thats where i need my power so id rather get a 4-2-1 than a 4-1, unless im mistaken........can anybody help?

Search. eBay has them all the time. OBX, Pacesetter, DC Sports... Go to Gravana Tuning, J-Tuners, RK Sport Mantapart, NOPI, they're all over. Search this site or try Google or Ask, you'll find lots of info.
Pacesetter is 4-1. I belive that obx is 4-2-1, but I'll have to check later on that.
The OBXs I've found, at least for the 97 and earlier, were all 4-1. But I think they have both for the 2200.
