ok so iam wondering is there really a difference between the lo and the ho manifold in like hp iam talking i ve read the lo dynoed like 11hp so is the ho really better. and are the runners on the ho bigger than the los or is the only diff the bottom log thing??????????
I think that if you have a higher flowing exhaust system (header back) you may benefit more from the HO swap because it has a larger plenum and sucks in more air (assuming you have a 56mm+ tb). But other than that I don't see there being much difference between the two as far as performance gains.

Apparently the LO dyno'd a 11hp gain compared to the stock manifold with everything else stock. At least that is what I've been hearing in this forum, although I have yet to see proof of the actual dyno results. I believe it though.

11hp with the 56mm throttlebody, not the stock 52mm.... atleast from what i remember of the thread when i read it.
