If anybody could help me or point me in a direction that i did not know exsisted that would be great! I have a 1995 Z24 Cavalier that is a 2.3L DOHC! I would like to upgrade to a new aftermarket header but i do not think ANYBODY makes one for a 2.3. If I am wrong please let me know where I can get one. THANKS TO ALL. . . . any suggestions hints or tips on what I could do would be great too!
QUAD HEADER
That is going to be your only option for a header .. only other thing you can do is find a HO exhaust manifold from the junk yard. If you read thru it youll notice im about to do a group purchase for it so if your really interested please let me know..thanks
Use a 2.3 Ho exhaust manifold. Same as a header and it cost alot less.

Mfk- I tried looking in junkyards, there must not be any good ones around me that I know of yet because I cant even find a Z24 let alone a HO.
Ron-How much for the 94 GT and is the manifold the same for a 95 bc of the different body styles?

you live in my area, well, 2.5 hours south LOL. I'll tell you what, you are 2 hours from Milliron, they can get you one most likely. if not, I can possibly pick one up in the Toledo area, and get it to you.

your best bet there is to just get a 2.3 HO intake manifold..thats all you need..itll bolt right on to your quad,its better flowing..and you can use your stock throttle body with it ..check ebay or the classifieds ..theyre everywhere
