I've seen all the posts about the HO intake manifold but I just checked the classifieds and there is an HO exhaust manifold. What are the gains if any, why is it better if it is and is there a HOW TO for install or is it just a direct bolt on?
Worthless to try on a 2.4. Just get an aftermarket header.
The HO exhaust manifold probably flows better than a 2.4 header...but just like the intake manifold the flange is differnt..and instead of aluminum your talkiing about cast iron..so dont even worry about it unless you have a 2.3 LO
which is why I said worthless to try on a 2.4...
what about the HO intake manifold?

yea i found it pretty difficult to find anything other than blown manifolds and 2.3 info. i just want to know about the 2.4 intake manifold. anybody know anything? i keep hearing HO intake manifold. does that mean there is an upgrade to what i have now(stock)? or is that just for 2.3? help me out here...

the HO manifold is a 2.3L HO manifold that fits on a 2.4L engine

oooo ok. so i should find a 2.3L HO intake manifold and put it on my 00 2.4L??
