tried to put this rsm pulley on and it doesn't work, when i go to crank down the bolt it sucks it in right to the engine and the pullley don't turn anyone have this problem? or know to fix? thanks!
Ive got the RSM on my 04 Eco, just took the stock pulley off, put the RSM one on...
Yes, I do believe it kind of sucked it in a little...normal I think
Just be sure its on nice n tight. It should line right up with the other pulley on the engine.
Theres a little (key) i there that you have to line it up with...then just push'er on.
Mine did take a little time to wiggle it in to the keyway and such...4,000 Miles and still going strong...but RSM does rip you on that price...*still bleeding*

its for a 2.4 and i think that this one has a defect because when i tighten the bolt it pushes the pully right tight against the engine and can't turn
i used the blue thread lock(med. strength) and just ran it in
did you put it on upside down?
no there is only one way it goes on so it fits in the key way, i guess im going to put it on and just run it and hopefully it where its way for the good
