Im not sure if this is the right forum for this... But i think it goes with performance.

I have a g-tech prometer and from my experience they work fine, they are just a couple of tenths off.If you go over two pages here on the perfomance forum,i made a post about it and maybe it will give you an idea of how accurate they are, later.

i had one also. it was cool for a few days.....then i returned it because it just isnt worth the money.

it was fairly accurate, and came with a nice bundle of items and lots of extras. but in the end i returned it because it wasnt worth 350$ shipped.

Thanks for you guys opinion.

I have one also i only paid 65 dollars shipped of EBAY... So i thought it was worth tryin out.

I went out the other night, and it read that my cavalier ran a 13.73 1/4mile, at 114 mph... I thought was pretty fast... at only 8psi. And all my other ones before that was low 14s.

from what i hear it accurate within a 10th of a second. but the info you enter into the meter has to be accurate. like weight, horsepower, or whatever you enter

You need to run on a completly flat road to. I used one once, I wouldn't waste my money on it.

It is accurate once you calibrate it, running on a flat road helps as well, -its a fun gadget but spend your money on mods instead.

i can tell you right now yours either isn't setup right or you were rolling downhill... cuz no 8psi on a hahn kit is gonna be trapping 114 mph, and that kind of trap speed should be good for 11's.

And unless he did the vss mod, his car can't hit 114.

I agree with you all, the cav can't do the 114mph without the mod... But i assure you i didn't do the mod, and i wasn't going down hill, and it was setup right... It was prolly just a glitch!!!!
