Did you get the Eco intake? or the 2.4L intake? Shouldn't make much difference but you never know... Got any pics?

Well I have to Cosmo as well but on a 2.4L and I never had any issue with it. Maybe you just got a bad one...

no his right its the same design has the 2.4l BUT there is fittings for the evac, etc for the ecotec thats it.

I will get mine install by Cosmo since they dont seem to believe me that it hits the hood and the throttle bracket will rub on the elbow and cut it open...

Ill get the RKSPORT WAI for my Eco.

ii got it on finally. very tight fit but it's installed. next time i buy a intake for a vehicle i will buy a name brand like K&N, AEM, or Airaid.

Well Cosmo has the worst Customer Service.

He replied me with an email with my info and cell number but never called me to confirm the date of install.

I will never buy from them again. Il get a real intake that fits correclty on the Eco.

I have Cosmo personally, never needed an installation just a friend and maybe 30 minutes. I have the LD9 and it fit fine. Could have just been a bad one, theres really no need to get a namebrand intake since its such a basic modification there's not really better or wose CAIs and WAI's.

your just buying the name honestly, isnt any performance gains or anything better than the other if you buy AEM vs cosmo or pvc piping vs k&n intake system, i have the 2.4 cosmo and fit like a glove and now its cut for the charger of course and still works perfect, dont be fooled by the $70 vs the $150 and up for some intakes.

no

DGabe24 : No it were them who wanted to install it not me. Ive done 3 intakes install on 3 different Cavaliers. Ive deal with my last install a CAI AEM and it took me 2h30mins to install. So I know my way around. I sent them and email to Cosmo with my regards of the Customer Service sucks. Now I have to sale this intake for lost...
