Running Rich

I did the eco swap in my 2000 cav. It seems to be running rich. I had the head port and polished put Crane cams in it w/ GM performance adjustable cam gears. The Cam Gears are set at 0. It has 4-2-1 header w/ 2 1'4 exhaust out and a hi flow cat. It idles ruff. between 500rpm and 900rpm. If I'm sitting at a light for a while when I go to take off it boggs down and hesitates. I have to play the gas out for a few seconds and thenit rund fine. Also when I'm driving in 5th gear at around 50-60mph if I let off the gas its starts to buck like if if your going to slow for a gear and its about to stall. If I'm in any other gear than 5th once it falls under 2000rpm it does the same thing I just explained. Any one have any ideas plz let me know

CEL? If so, check that, its possible for the cams to be too much for the car. My car's running rich, started after adding my exhaust, still not sure why.

My guess is it has something to do with your cams. Contact the manufacturer and tell them what its doing and see what they say. If nothing else put the stock cams back in, see how it runs, then you will have a good idea whats going on.
