well its been a while since ive posted but i finally put my ported and polished head on along with N/a mhg and arp studs, now after i drive my car for a while and shut it off for about five mins or so then start it again the temp is at like 230 or so, ive tried every thing i can think of, bled the air out of it, put 2 bottles of water wetter in it and no luck at all. even tried putting in a new temp sender, nothing changed, any one have any ideas for me??

After you shut the car off there is nothing to cool it down. Try doing the cooling fan override switch if it really bothers you. Otherwise as long as the temp comes down after you start it and drive it I wouldn't worry about it.

thanks, i am beginning to think that it will be okay, its just annoying to see the temp so high

230 is nothing

ill see 250-270 here in pheonix during the summer
