So this is pretty much the last thing I have to buy before I do my swap in about 2 weeks..
I have a fully built 1999 2.4 LD9.. Im not sure if it makes a difference or not but what spark plugs are good for this kind of motor with all my forged internals and such?
Will stock ones be fine, or is there another that you recommend? If the stock ones will be fine then ill just buy brand new ACdelco from the dealer.
Thanks for any help.

buy AC Delco's for that year (they do vary from the different years), from Autozone. Cheaper than the dealer, and the same plug.
^^ Cool thanks man.

We run iridiums in all of our cars, but they run 9 bucks a plug. In our boosted cars we're running 2 stages colder, but I've told the other club guys they don't need to do that. They still don't believe with boost you can run water/alcohol.
I know my old 2.4 (HO intake, lzm cams, msd, header) really liked TR6s...
I've been running NGK TR6's for about 5 years now...

I use 1 step colder Denso Iridiums in my turbo 2.4 with the gap they cam with. Never had any problems and they work great.
