I recently bought a Adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and it did not come with instructions. Does any one know which is the inlet and which one is the outlet on this. thank you.

First of all I would NEVER trust an AFPR that doesn't even cost $10. I don't know if they even included the correct adapter, because the FPR on our cars bolts directly to the fuel rail. It doesn't look like it from the picture. Good luck with that.

I know its not the best one I could have bought, and it looks cheap, but for now this is what I am going to try to use, but please if anyone knows which is the in and out for the fuel flow, please let me know, or if anyone can give me a link to better one that bolts right up to the rail, that would be great too.

thanks
