Yep X2

ECOTEC now with Maximum Bolt-Ons!!
forgive the intrusion, but would the same estimates apply to a 2200 engine as well?
I'm told the boltons don't do much for the 2200, being that the biggest pincher is the head.
how about dyno before and after, then you can let us know, and their is no guess work. i wouldn't pay to do that, but w/e.
Goal is to make my N/A Auto faster then a manual without doing engine internals
its kind of a relative thing. if you just do all exaust you will get X gain. but if you do intake, tb, ect. and then do the exaust you will get more out of it.
just remember of you go to big on the exaust you will loose torq. even though you may appear to gain 1 or 2 hp over a smaller system the loss in torq will make you slower. espcially in an automatic car. but you should be more than safe with 2.25 though. you might even be able to go 2.5 depending on the type of muffler you go with and what you plan for future mods
3.5" IS RIGHT OUT
cant tell that to the guys in my neiborhood though. everyone with a sport compact type car has a freaking huge exaust. which is usually bellowing black or blue smoke because they don't realize that just becouse its a 4cylander does't automatically mean you need to take the motor all the way to feul cutoff rpm in every gear to get the power out of it. but thats a different story

when you beat someone in a civic people wine and make excuses
when you beat someone in a cavalier they pull over and check under thier hoods
