I got a 1996 Pontiac Sunfire GT with automatic... my current mods are: Intake,Headers,Exhaust,underdrive pulley,B&M Shift kit,.20 over in the pistons and polished crank....
Now my goal is to run high 13's or real low 14's in a all motor sunfire. Has it been done and wutelse can I doo... So far What I wanna do is get my intake manifold,Head,the seceret cam thingy,Throttle body, Oil pump took to get wutever done my brother was telling me and it add like 20 hp or something... WUt else Can I doo?
Ive got some cams a little better than Secret Cams, both are .375@200, with a small lope, never took her to the track, but im betting i could probably be in the high 14's with my mods (those cams, AEM Intake, 56mm TB, Full 2.25" exhaust including a 4-2-1 header, motor trans mounts, as well as the B&M Short Throw shifter). As for the intake Manifold, im not sure if the 2.3's is that much better than the 2.4's, just mainly design, and i like low end torque. I do hear a minor port and a polish job is lovely with the cams, if i had more time, i could have had that done to my head. I'd also think doing up the bottom end would help too, bigger bore, as well as a 2.3L oil pump swap, Knife edged and balanced crank, along with removal of the balance shafts.

hehe yeah the reason I'm going all the motor because it's going to be a daily driver and i did .20 over in the pistons and i didn't get the forged pistons soo that why i dont wanan turbo
