Does anyone know where in Ohio one can get their cylinders ported, or their cylinder heads ported and polished? Meineke? Dealership? Random Ma and Pop's Performance Machine Shop? Also, Who has lightweight or forged pistons and where do they come from?

Depending on how good you are, you could port it yourself. As for the pistons, check this site out http://www.importperformanceparts.net/imports/cavalier_index.html
This should get you going in the right direction.
