...have secret weapon intake I bought from definedparts.com, was very happy with it...then my mechanic damaged it when he was working on my car recently. said he would help me with the reimbursement, but i doubt he will. jerk. anyways, gonna get a new intake, thought for fun id try another brand...anyone ever use an injen one? just wanted to make sure it had no fitment issues...ie, rubbing the hood, being too long, etc. also, anyone ever use the heat shield that can also be purchased with it?

it had a fitment issue in only that where the piece that is welded onto the air tube comes down to connect to the screw on the thermostat i belive it is, that stud is not long enough so i had to make my own little stud to screw in there
but honestly it sounds freakin mean, i love it!!!
awesome. will probably go with one, and buy the heat shield. how is the filter, is it a good one..or ya think a k&n might be better.

to be honest with you it looks identical to a K+N
i think it's pretty good, ive used the K+N cleaning kit on it and it's fine
