I was going through this JEGS catalog and I am wondering would this work with the 2.2 eco?

Before I forget there are 2 different part numbers for this:
1) 121-6300......SCI Ignition
2) 121-6320......SCI Ignition w/Rev limiter

I'm pretty sure your Ecotec doesn't have a distributor... so I'd have to say no. Unless you use that (somehow?) as a coil.... but there are other parts designed for that purpose.
You'd want to use a DIS-2 for the Ecotec, same as we use on the 2.3L Quads and 2.4L Twin Cams... either with the factory coils and spark boots, or with MSD coils and new plug wires.
Well that sucks, I want to stay distributorless. So my search goes on. EL FUEGO, sorry ahving probs putting links in. Need to brush off all that newb scum from me yet
