I have otto - r seats , they were fairly cheap priced .

Worth it in my opinion , get the job done ...

Besides a muffler is a muffler , better then nothing right?

very true. but i think im gonna go a different dirrection, cause i found a muffler website that has reviews. and i think im goin with this http://www.mufflermall.com/index.php?main_page=product_reviews_info&products_id=482&reviews_id=9 even though its cheap, the guy seemed pretty happy, and if im not i can always return it. Im gonna replace my piping with 2.5, mines old and rusted, and word on how much this should cost?

your engine is a 2.2 ohv. go with 2.25 inch piping for your exhaust. unless you plan on doing some forced induction like a turbo.
as far as cost goes, your gonna have to call around to different shops and ask. i called around to 3 different shops in my area one said $350, another said $225, and the last one said $250. then of course these are qoutes.
