im trying to put an intake on my 2.4 and need to remove that massive black box that the stock intake sits in?

2 screws on the top near the fuel rail, a band clamp screw in the hole on the box near the radiator support, pull up.

I think he's talking about the one near the battery, where the clutch reservoir goes to. Cant recall off the top of my head how to remove it, mine's been out almost a year now, but once you get what ever screws/fasteners out of the way, you'll need to pull the box up to separate it from the bong (which is below), and out at an angle to clear where the hole in the back is.
