Yes, I have it. Get alot of complements on it too... but they're @!#$ loud. Normal conversation cruising on the highway isnt easy. They'll be going away this winter in favor of a 3" rear exit.

You by chance dont have a pic from under the car, do you? Intrested in doing the same thing, but having the pipe exit where the opening on my bc2 skirts.

I can tell you now it probly will not work unless you remoe that part of the pinch weld, I had a 3 inch side pipe that was as high as possible but was touching the pinch weld... side pipes are nice but VERY VERY VERY loud!

are you going out both sides or just one and how are you set up with the cat and muffler? i was also told i may lose power because of a drop in back pressure
I just recently changed my exhaust to the side. As the other people have said it is louder, but with my setup it depends more on the engine RPM than anything else. From 2500rpm to 3000 is REALLY loud, but before and after that it isn't bad at all. I have the Magnaflow 6" Round by 18" long, 2.25 in and out. I have a sound clip from my digital camera if anyone is interested ?

I have a couple I took a few weeks back but they are kind of dark. I will jack up the side of the car tomorrow morning and take a few new pictures of the underneath of the car. I can also do a short video with my digital camera and see if I can figure out how to post the sound ?

ive been considering having the exhaust dump to the side on my car (more right in fron the a drivers rear tire (knida poiting towards it) i will be working on it tomorrow start at 8:30am when i get off work. ill let ya'll know how it goes.
ive alrdy got all the pipe bent just needa weld it up and fab up some hangers.

well i tried em out everythings just tacked up for now...so it leaks and sounds well...bad right now im gonna see if i can work a muffler in there tomorrow.
I did the open exhaust before i got my exhaust done, and it sounded like crap.....i was sooo embarrased when i drove off from a stop light

Im thinking of doing this next week, but i was thinking of putting duel sides. Right now I have 2.25" pipe. If I split it up with a y adapter going to duel 2" pipe, the air flow should'nt be disrupted? right?
I had it on my car when it was red. It sucked. Looked good but was way to loud.
It was a 2.5 pipe with a magnaflow straight through muffler. Sucked ass.
