I have a 97 grand am gt 2.4. I have to install a new engine. Will the sensors, harness, and m/transmission boltup to the 2K engine. Can I also transfer the sensors from the 97 to the 2K engine.

Use everything from your 97, wiring harness, ECU, tranny, egr, injectors. YOu will need to drill and tap the knock sensor hole so you can use the 97 knock sensor (there is a difference between the 97 and 00+ knock sensors). The info is posted here on the org as far as what size the holes are. Use the exhaust manifold gasket from your 97, also the intake manifold from the 97 as well. Other than that the other sensor's are the same, and if you are on stock exhaust still use the 97 exhaust manifold to.
