OK i got my head ported and polish and my exhaust ports seen to be a lot bigger , i got dc header now and am wondering if there is a header out there with bigger ports

just port match the header, the only way your going to get something custom for the head is if you make it custom.

basically all you do is take the header gasket and port out til its that size and your good, thats how my head was done.
