Chambered Exhaust

Has anyone tried chambered exhaust tubes on a cavalier? I have a few friends who have them on V8's and V6's and they make an nice deep sound. I know a 4 cylinder wont sound anything like a 8 or 6, I just wanted to know if anyone has tried them and how they sound. I was thinking of using one as a resonator when I get my exhaust done in 07.

The only place I can find that sells them is
classicchambered.com

looks like a good way to restrict exhaust flow.

The site says the inside is a true 2 1/4 or 3 inch inside, high flow.

Try Again....
Summit has Them, in polished too

And im with the exhaust flow restriction idea too, they all look like louvered core mufflers which has been proven to restrict flow.

It still won't make a 4 cyl sound like a V6 or V8

Use one of those to replace your stock resonator... might help cut down on the typical 4-banger "raspiness" when replacing the stock exhaust with a free-er (?) flowing one...
