Where can i get an adapter flange to put a 2.3l HO intake manifold on to an LD9?

Your local junkyard should have them.
Whether it's a u-pull-it boneyard or one that they pull the parts, should be plenty available.

take the TB also if you get the manifold. they're not bad for 56mm and they actually work really well with the manifold combo.
I have a manifold and t/b that I'll sell you for about $100 + shipping.
