My beloved 95 cavalier will be parked tomorrow due to a skipping problem. So im going to have the top of the motor completely disassembled. I thought since ive got the top of the motor out why not swap in the 086 head, what id like to know is what else can i do to the motor with out pulling it? Also any ideas on why a 2.3 would skip would be very helpful

it stumbles when i ease into the throttle, or when its cold. the whole car vibrates. its really anoying
